We all experience a range of emotions, some of which may be uncomfortable to us, others may feel especially crippling. Creating a space to explore, heal, and process these emotions have played a significant role in my 10+ years in the helping profession. I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), who implores a Strengths-Based approach to remind clients that they have the power to create the change they want to see. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients learn to identify and manage contributing factors in their presenting issues.
